Veronica Mares

Veronica Mares has extensive work experience in the field of software quality assurance and product excellence. Veronica currently works at Energy Worldnet (EWN) as the Manager of Product Excellence since September 2020. Previously, they held the role of Team Lead for Software Quality Assurance at EWN from July 2020 to August 2020. Prior to joining EWN, Veronica worked at Oracle for ten years, starting as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer in August 2008 and later becoming the Principal Quality Assurance Engineer/Team Lead in August 2012. Veronica also gained experience at Skywire Software as a Quality Assurance Analyst from May 2006 to August 2008. Before their time at Skywire Software, they worked at Unitrin as a Programmer Analyst II from April 2004 to May 2006 and as a Quality Assurance Analyst from April 2003 to April 2004. Additionally, Veronica worked as an Office Assistant at Donald Chapman Insurance from January 2002 to May 2002, as a Database/Student Assistant at the University of North Texas from May 1998 to December 2001, and as an Information Technology Intern at FedEx Supply Chain from May 2001 to August 2001.

Veronica Mares attended Decatur High School from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained an Advanced High School Diploma. Following their high school education, they enrolled at the University of North Texas from 1998 to 2001. Veronica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computer Information Systems during their time at the university.
