Dr. Wilson Maluenda

Dr. Wilson Maluenda has a wealth of experience in the field of energy economics, smart grids, and smart metering. Dr. Wilson began their career in 2000 as a Research Manager at Austrian Research Centers Seibersdorf. In 2002, they moved to Österreichische Lotterien as a Senior Manager of Software Development and International Business Development. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Fichtner IT Consulting AG as a Senior Consultant of Energy Economics & Smart Grids. During this time, they also served as an External Lecturer at Universidad de Concepcion and Universidad de Antofagasta. In 2013, they began working at FH Vorarlberg as an Externer Lecturer for Smart Grids. In 2015, they joined CSC Computer Science Consulting as an Associate Partner of Business Strategy. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at OMNETRIC Group as a Solution Architect and Manager. Most recently, they have been a Director of Solution Architecture at Energyworx since 2020.

Dr. Wilson Maluenda obtained their Doctor technicae in Energy Economic from the Technicla Univeristy of Vienna in June 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their Dipl.-Ing. Dr. in Energy Economic from the Technical University of Vienna, Austria from 2005 to 2009. Before that, they obtained their Diplom Ingenieur Elektrotechnik in Regelungstechnik from the Technical University of Vienna, Austria from 1991 to 2002. In 1989 to 1990, they attended the Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana.
