Neil S. Suslak

Neil S. Suslak joined the Enerkem Board of Directors in December 2007.

Mr. Suslak is a Managing Partner at Braemar Energy Ventures, a venture capital fund with offices in New York and Boston that focuses on energy technology. Prior to co-founding Braemar, he worked in the investment banking business at S.G. Warburg and Co. and Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS). While at Swiss Bank, Mr. Suslak was in charge of the bank's equity capital markets business in North America and was a Director of the Corporate Finance Department, where he has completed numerous financing and advisory assignments for clients in the energy, communications, and transportation sectors.

Mr. Suslak holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He is also on the Board of Directors of several of Braemar's portfolio companies.
