Anna-Louise Oliver

Anna-Louise Oliver is a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group. She is based in London and has previously worked in Carlyle’s New York office.

Anna-Louise has extensive experience working closely with investment teams in executing cross border mergers & acquisitions across a number of funds at Carlyle, in various disciplines including credit opportunities, distressed debt and private equity. Anna-Louise leads a team of lawyers overseeing EMEA investments as well as Global Infrastructure and Renewables investments.

Anna-Louise is a member of Carlyle’s Legal Investments team which has been recognized as the Most Innovative In-House Legal team for Developing New Business and Service Delivery Models. The team has also won the prestigious award of ‘Setting a New Standard’ for In-House Legal Teams at FT’s Innovative Lawyer Awards. In 2018, they also won In-House Team of the Year at the Legal Business Awards and were named to the GC Powerlist for 2018.
