Lesley Davie FCIPD has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Europe at EnerMech since July 2024. Prior to this role, Lesley Davie held various positions at Hunter Adams from January 2014 to July 2024, including Business Manager and Senior HR Adviser. Earlier experience includes roles at Wood Group PSN from September 2008 to January 2014, where responsibilities included Project Manager for Resourcing and Offshore Recruitment & Logistics Manager-UK, among others. Additional roles were held at Proserv, Weatherford, AMEC, Exult, and Accenture. Lesley Davie's educational background includes a degree in Political Studies from the University of Aberdeen and a degree in Human Resources Management from North East Scotland College.
