David J Proeber

David J Proeber serves as the Director of Strategic Growth and Design & Innovation at Enerpac, leading a multidisciplinary team focused on driving innovation and new product development. Proeber has extensive experience managing design teams and functions, having also held roles such as Interim Director of Product Management and Manager of Industrial Design & Innovation at Enerpac. As a Contract Designer at Proeber Design, Proeber collaborates with clients on various product development initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, Co-Founder and Creative Lead at ARID Outdoors, and a Senior Industrial Designer at Milwaukee Tool, among other positions in prominent organizations. Proeber holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from Arizona State University and previously pursued studies in Computer Science at UW-Milwaukee at Waukesha.
