Kevin Knapp

Kevin Knapp is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in shaping and executing recruitment strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Enerpac Tool Group since May 2025, Kevin previously held significant roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from September 2016 to May 2025, culminating as the Senior TA Leader for the Worldwide Public Sector. This role involved overseeing a large team and managing recruitment for a diverse workforce of 4,300 employees across 35 countries. Prior to AWS, Kevin served as the Recruiting and Talent Director at The Container Store, leading talent acquisition efforts for over 5,000 employees nationwide. Kevin's early career includes notable positions at Apple Retail and Clemson University, where foundational skills in recruitment and management were developed. Kevin holds a B.A. in Language & International Trade with Spanish from Clemson University and has completed studies in Spanish language and culture in Spain.
