Melinda Holopainen

Melinda Holopainen has extensive work experience in the recruitment and sales fields. Melinda currently holds the position of Head of Expert Services and Recruitment at Enersense International Oyj, where they manage the recruitment team and is responsible for various recruitment processes and programs. Prior to their current role, Melinda worked as a Recruiting Manager at Enersense and as a Recruitment Consultant, where they handled all aspects of recruitment including candidate sourcing and screening.

Before joining Enersense, Melinda worked at Human Value International as a Headhunter and Executive Search Consultant, specializing in various industries and positions. Melinda conducted research on labor markets and identified suitable candidates for targeted positions.

Melinda also gained sales experience during their time at Invitel and Lindström Oy, where they held roles as a Senior Sales Representative, Group Sales Manager, and Sales Manager. At Invitel, they focused on B2B sales, conducting market research and presenting and selling services to B2B customers.

Earlier in their career, Melinda worked as a Regional Sales Manager at XT Energy Hungary.
