Hany El Gheriani, MBA, P.Eng. has a diverse work experience in the engineering industry. Hany started their career as a Trainee - Electrical & Instrumentation Field Engineer at British Petroleum in 2004. Later, they worked as a Trainee - Instrumentation & Control Engineer at CH2M HILL (Previously VECO Engineering) in 2005 and as a Trainee - Control Systems Engineer at Siemens Industry, Inc. in 2006.

In 2008, Hany joined Fluor as an Electrical & Control Systems Engineer, where they worked on projects for clients like TOTAL, Imperial Oil, and Shell. Hany gained experience in electrical and control systems engineering in FEED and detailed engineering projects.

Hany then joined Enersul in 2011 as an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer, where they worked on the Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd. (GASCO) Habshan Sulphur Granulation Plant (HSGP) Project. Hany later served as the Electrical, Instrumentation & Process Engineering Lead and Project Manager before becoming the Manager of Middle East Operations.

In 2016, Hany became the Director of Middle East Operations at Enersul, reporting to the VP in Calgary. In this role, they had P&L responsibility for the MENA region and successfully grew equipment sales by securing new projects in existing and new markets. Hany also supported local operating contracts and enhanced spare parts sales in the region.

Hany El Gheriani, MBA, P.Eng. has a diverse educational background spanning several prestigious institutions. In 2006, they graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Following this, they pursued their passion for chemical engineering and completed their Master of Science in Engineering from Queen's University in 2008.

In 2010, Hany enrolled at the Haskayne School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2013. During their time at Haskayne, they concentrated on a broad range of business subjects to enhance their managerial acumen.

To further develop their leadership skills, Hany attended The LEAD Institute in MI, USA in 2012, where they earned a certificate in Leadership Style & Skills Development (LSSD). This program honed their abilities to lead and inspire others.

While focusing on professional growth, Hany attended Cornell University in 2017 to earn a certificate in Sales Growth, fortifying their expertise in this crucial aspect of business.

In addition to their extensive educational achievements, Hany El Gheriani has obtained the status of a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) in February 2012. This certification demonstrates their legal authorization to practice engineering within the province of Alberta, Canada.
