Julie Breteche

Julie BRETECHE has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Directrice des Ressources Humaines for EnerSys in France and Belgium since April 2020. Previously, from January 2012 to March 2020, Julie held the position of Responsable Ressources Humaines at Hutchinson, where responsibilities included managing a team of eight, fostering relations with social partners, overseeing project management related to organizational changes, and facilitating recruitment and training processes. Prior to that, Julie worked at Groupe Chocolatier CEMOI between October 2006 and January 2012, where significant achievements involved managing human resources teams, engaging with social partners on various agreements, and handling legal aspects of employment. Julie's career began as a Collaboratrice Sociale at COMPTARMOR, providing legal social advice and managing payroll. Education includes a Master 2 in Gestion des ressources humaines from IGR-IAE Rennes and a Maitrise in Droit social from Université de Rennes I.
