Mary Joyce

Special Advisor at EnerTech Capital

Mary Joyce has been working in the transportation industry for over 20 years. Mary started their career at SGS, where they spent two years as the VP of Transportation Testing Services - North America. Mary then moved to UL Solutions, where they spent four years as the Global Director of Autonomy / ADAS, Electrification, Electronics & Dynamics. In October 2017, they joined EnerTech Capital as the Special Advisor.

Joyce has been a key player in the development and commercialization of data acquisition software, which is now used by over 500 companies worldwide. Mary has also been instrumental in expanding testing services to include small off-road engine certification and electrification rig testing. Under their leadership, the transportation testing team has become one of the most profitable divisions at EnerTech Capital.

Joyce is a well-respected speaker on autonomous vehicle topics and has successfully negotiated multiple multi-million-dollar contracts with major OEMs and suppliers. Mary is known for their strong team-building and leadership skills, which have helped their create a highly effective and cohesive team at EnerTech Capital.

Mary Joyce has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Oakland University in International Business, as well as a certificate in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mary also has an MSEE and BSEE from Oakland University in Computer Electrical Engineering, and a High School Diploma from St. Clement High School.
