Jon Grindstaff

Jon Grindstaff is an experienced operations and warehouse management professional with a diverse background in supply chain management and logistics. Currently serving as Warehouse Manager and Fleet Manager at Enertech Resources, LLC since February 2019, Jon has also held positions at American Completion Tools, Inc. and MasTec Network Solutions, with responsibilities in operations management, production scheduling, quality control, and employee training. Previous roles include Central States Operations Manager at Recoating West Inc. and Operations Manager at Steiner Systems, where Jon directed production and distribution activities. Jon holds two years of studies in Business and Management from the University of Phoenix and a foundational background in computer science from South Grand Prairie High School.
