Lucas Hall

Lucas Hall has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Lucas began in 2014 as the Projects & Operations Manager at Custom Technology, Inc. (formerly John G Solutions), where they worked until April 2019. In January 2021, they took on the role of Extern, Risk Assessment and Mitigation at Rutgers MBS Externship Exchange, where they worked until May 2021. In June 2021, they joined Schneider Electric as a Systems Application Engineer I, and in November 2021, they transitioned to Brandywine Realty Trust as an IoT Systems Engineer. Most recently, they have been working at Enertiv as an IoT Systems Engineer since July 2023.

Lucas Hall began their education journey in 2018 at Brookdale Community College, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After completing their studies there in 2019, they enrolled in Rutgers School of Engineering. From 2019 to 2021, Lucas focused on obtaining their bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Energy Systems. Following the completion of their undergraduate studies, Lucas continued their education at Rutgers University, starting in 2021. Lucas is currently pursuing a Master of Business and Science (MBS) degree in Engineering Management, which is expected to conclude in 2024. In addition to their formal education, Lucas has obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. These include certifications such as MongoDB Associate Developer and MongoDB Certified Developer, Associate, which were obtained in February 2022. Lucas also holds the NYC DOB 10-Hour Site Safety Training certification from Safety Dynamics, LLC, completed in June 2021. Other certifications earned by Lucas include Externship from the Rutgers Professional Science Master's Program in May 2021, OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training from ClickSafety in May 2021, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from CFQ International, LLC in March 2020.
