Richard Rae is a highly experienced professional in the utility sector, currently serving as Lead Networks Quality and Technical Inspector at SSE plc since May 2016, overseeing the inspection of contestable works in Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks. Previously, Richard has held the role of Project Manager at SSE Enterprise Contracting since May 2010, managing significant cabling projects, and has extensive background in various supervisory and operational roles within SSE plc, including Agent and Foreman. Barbara Rae's earlier career includes positions at DA Kennedy and Fujitsu, focusing on water main installation and telecoms cable laying, along with foundational experience at Biwater in water service laying.
