Ross McClory has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and industries. Ross began their career as a National Account Manager at Nestle Professional Beverages, where they managed the national route to market for the Nescafe Beverage Out of Home solution. Ross then moved on to Nestle UK as a Regional Sales Manager, taking on full P&L responsibility and achieving growth in the Northern Region. McClory then transitioned to Nestle, where they served as a National Account Manager, focusing on key leisure accounts and the NHS Supply Chain.

In 2008, McClory took on the role of National Sales Manager - Healthcare & Education at Nestle Professional. Ross managed a team of National Account Managers and was responsible for acquiring new business and retaining existing accounts in the Healthcare and Education sectors. McClory's next position was as Sales Manager - Supply Chain at Gael Ltd, where they oversaw the development and sales of software solutions for the food and drink industry.

McClory joined Flogas Britain Ltd in 2011 as RSM - Scotland, where they managed a sales team and achieved significant growth across Scotland. Ross then moved to Lightsource as a Regional Business Manager, focusing on business development and bid management in the solar photovoltaic technology field.

From 2016 to 2019, McClory worked at SSE Enterprise Contracting, first as a Regional Sales Director, managing the sales function in the North UK, and then as the Head of Business Development, delivering a variety of contracting services and solutions.

Most recently, McClory joined SSE Enterprise Utilities in 2019 as the Head of Business Development Distributed Energy, where they continue to drive business development initiatives.

Throughout their career, McClory has demonstrated their ability to drive sales, manage teams, and deliver results across a range of industries including utilities, energy, contracting, software, and food and beverage.

Ross McClory attended James Watt College from 1996 to 1997, where they obtained an HNC degree in Sport & Hospitality Management.
