Daman Cole currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at Enervest since 2024 and holds a voluntary leadership role as a Climate Reality Leader at The Climate Reality Project, where Daman received training in Melbourne in 2014 and has mentored in Brisbane in 2019. Previously, Daman worked as Country Manager at NovaSource Power Services from 2022 to 2024 and at Yurika from 2020 to 2022, as well as serving as Director and Consultant at Solar Scope between 2016 and 2022. Additional roles include Country Manager at ENcome Energy Performance, Head of Sales at Brighte, Managing Director for APAC at Yingli Solar, Commercial Sales Executive at Mark Group Australia, and Commercial Sales Manager at Nu Energy. Daman holds a Diploma in Marketing Management from TAFE NSW and is also a graduate of the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
