Mikhail Volkov

Mikhail Volkov is a highly accomplished founder and CEO of Volkov Labs, a family-owned business specializing in innovative open-source plugins for Grafana since March 2021. Previously, Mikhail served as the Manager of Enterprise Customer Success Americas at Redis Labs from February 2019 to February 2021, where significant contributions included building the Americas Enterprise Customer Success team and receiving the CEO Award of Excellence in the first year. Prior to this role, Mikhail was the Enterprise Customer Success Lead, where achievements included establishing a Global Enterprise Customer Success team and earning the CTO Award for optimizing Redis Enterprise performance. Mikhail holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science.
