Carolyn Kaercher

Carolyn Kaercher has a solid work experience in the field of sourcing, planning, procurement, and buying. Carolyn started their career in 1994 as a Buyer at Whirlpool Corporation, and later worked as a Sr. Buyer at Bath & Body Works from 1998 to 2002. In 2002, they joined Blyth Inc. as a Director of global sourcing. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Global Sourcing, Planning, and Procurement at Enesco, where they worked from 2007 to the present.

Carolyn Kaercher completed their Bachelor of Science in Business at Miami University, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. Carolyn later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Capital University from 1999 to 2001.
