Emily Brown (nee Landrum)

Emily Brown (nee Landrum) has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on the consumer goods industry. Emily most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Enesco since May 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of VP, US Finance at Enesco, where they were responsible for Finance and Accounting for a PE-owned mid-market consumer goods company. Emily also has extensive experience at Mattel, where they held the role of Finance Director / VP. In this role, they led teams in improving profit margins and driving over $1 billion in top-line revenues. Emily'sresponsibilities at Mattel included financial planning & analysis, brand analysis, and sales finance.

Emily Brown (nee Landrum) completed their education with a BSBA degree, double majoring in Finance and International Management from Georgetown University from 1983 to 1987. Emily then pursued an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, completing it from 1992 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Emily has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as SharePoint Online, digital transformation, operational excellence, and Six Sigma.
