Ivana Mosic

Ivana Mosic is the Head of Human Resources at Enetel Solutions.

Ivana joined Enetel in April 2018, as a Talent Acquisition Lead. After having completed her education at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Pedagogy, she started her career as HR Generalist in the hospitality industry, after which she transferred to IT industry.

Ivana’s main goal is to support business strategy through an HR system that focuses on people’s development. She believes that cultivating human potential is not a mechanical process, but an organic one. Desired outcomes cannot be forced. All that can be done is to create the conditions under which employees can flourish.
