Robert (Bob) Kruse has a long and varied career in the automotive industry. Robert (Bob) began their career in 1995 as the Global Executive Director of Hybrid, Electric Vehicles & Advanced Technology Batteries at General Motors. In 2009, they founded EV Consulting, a limited liability corporation that provided consulting services to technology companies in the automotive industry. From 2010 to 2015, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of Sakti3, a company that commercialized solid-state battery technology. During this time, they also served as the Chief Technology Officer of Qoros Auto 观赏汽车 from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Chief Technology Officer of Karma Automotive LLC, responsible for product engineering, all models, current and future, as well as technology development and applications. Since 2019, they have been the Senior Vice President of Product Execution at Faraday Future. In 2022, they were appointed President and CEO of Enevate Corporation.
Robert (Bob) Kruse obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology between 1977 and 1981. Robert (Bob) then went on to further their education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they received a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services in 1995.
