Daniel Kotoras has extensive experience in operations and sales management within the food and beverage sector. Currently serving as Sub Gerente de Operación Directa y Ventas at ENEX since March 2019, Daniel previously held positions including Gerente Operaciones B&I at Aliservice and Sub Gerente de AA&BB y Cadena de Suministro at Enjoy S.A. Early career achievements include managing the Points of Sale, Food & Beverages, and Retail areas at KidZania Santiago and leading the Food and Beverage department at KidZania from September 2011 to September 2012. Daniel's educational background includes a Diplomado in Gestión Estratégica de Operaciones y Logística from Universidad de Chile, a degree in Ingeniero Comercial from Universidad Tecnológica de Chile, and a qualification as an Administrador y Productor Gastronómico from INACAP.
