David Israel León Sunko

David Israel León Sunko has a diverse work experience. David Israel started their career in 2010 as a Sales Manager and Jefe de planta at C.C.E. Mondial Export S.A., where they were responsible for coordinating export and import processes, acquiring new clients, and managing logistics and production. In 2011, they worked as an Ingeniero de Procesos at Informática y telecomunicaciones AKEW Ltda., where they conducted process improvement projects for Entel S.A. and Banco de Chile. From 2011 to 2019, they held various roles at Entel, including Jefe de área Aseguramiento de Niveles de Servicio y Soluciones Digitales and Líder de Gestión Operacional. In these positions, they focused on ensuring service levels and digital solutions, as well as operational management. Since 2019, they have been working at ENEX as the CTO/Head of IT Operations, responsible for delivering IT services, improving IT infrastructure, and implementing new technologies to enhance user experience and operational continuity.

David Israel León Sunko has a diverse education history including both degrees and certifications. David Israel obtained a Diploma in Strategic Business Management with IT from the Universidad de Chile in 2012. In the same year, they also received the certification of Registered Coordinator PSIC COPC® from KENWIN. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Universidad de Chile between 2017 and 2019. Earlier in their academic journey, David earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Civil Engineering from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile, completing it from 2004 to 2010. In terms of professional certifications, they obtained the ITIL version 3 Foundation Examination certification from EXIN in 2011. More recently, in 2020 and 2021, they pursued continuing education in digital transformation technologies and their practical applications through the MIT Professional Education program.
