Marcelo Lara

Marcelo Lara is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in operations and service management. Currently serving as Coordinar de Operaciones TI at ENEX since January 2016, Marcelo oversees the operational continuity of technological infrastructure. Previous roles include Jefe Servicio al Cliente TI y SLA's at Molymet, where management of the Help Desk team and vendor relationships were key responsibilities, and Systems Support Engineer at GFI Brokers Chile, focusing on IT support and operational continuity. Marcelo's earlier experience includes roles at Mutual de Seguridad, Monsanto, and Grupo Security, demonstrating a consistent track record in IT support and service management. Marcelo holds a Diplomado en IT Service Manager from Universidad de Chile and two additional diplomas in project management and a licentiate degree in network systems administration from Universidad de Las Américas.
