Kim Teunis holds a Master's Degree in Social Sciences & Organisational Psychology from Utrecht University and has over two decades of experience in HR leadership and transformation initiatives. Currently serving as Directeur HR | CHRO at Enexis Groep since June 2023, Kim is responsible for HR and Facility management with a focus on organizational transformation. Previously, Kim worked at Rabobank in various senior roles, including Programma directeur Hybride Werken, where the development of a hybrid working model was prioritized, and SVP People Experience, overseeing the implementation of a global HR solution and enhancing employee journeys. Other notable positions include HR-directeur at RDC and HR manager for H.J. Heinz Company, where significant advancements in HR processes and organizational performance were achieved.
