Reetika Saxena

Reetika Saxena has had a varied work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Human Resources Specialist for Enfec, where they managed complex calendars across multiple time zones, handled vendor management, and served as the single point of contact for onboarding/exit processes and formalities. In 2020, they became a Volunteer President/HR Admin for Cherry Crest Elementary School, managing a team of 11-15 members and serving as the initial contact for any team members, staff, or vendors. Reetika also provided support for vendors and members' compensation requests. In the same year, they also worked as a People Operations Specialist for Bright Horizons.
