Rafael Más is a highly accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in strategic architectural leadership, infrastructure management, and technology transformation across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of IT & Enterprise Architecture at EnFlyer, Rafael has successfully led initiatives to modernize and virtualize IT environments. Previous roles include Senior Vice President & Director of Information Technology at First National Bank of South Miami, where significant cost savings were achieved, and Director of IT Operations at Strictly Technology, focusing on aligning technology solutions with client needs. With a strong background in managing complex IT infrastructures for organizations such as HCL Technologies and Royal Caribbean Cruises, Rafael has demonstrated expertise in data center management, disaster recovery, and network transformation.
