Miguel Villagran

Miguel Villagran is currently the Deputy General Counsel at EnfraGen, LLC. Prior to that, Miguel held the position of General Counsel at Prime Energia SpA and worked as a Senior Associate at Barros & Errázuriz. Miguel's experience includes handling legal matters in M&A, financing, restructuring, insurance claims, and incorporation of foreign businesses. Miguel has a Master of Laws degree from Duke University School of Law.
