Chad Talbott

Chad Talbott currently serves as the Deputy General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Lexmark, where responsibilities include leading the Contract Services team, directing legal matters related to export control and product delivery, and overseeing the global privacy and data protection program. Prior to this role, Chad held multiple positions at TÜV SÜD, including Global Director of Data Protection Strategy, where significant contributions were made to the strategic transformation of the global data protection business. Previous experience includes consulting at Talbott International LLC focused on information governance and data privacy, and roles at Dell SecureWorks and Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial. Chad earned a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, a B.A. in Psychology from Morehouse College, and completed further education at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
