Mark Falcon

Mark Falcon is currently the General Counsel at Enfuce. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate at Borenius in Finland from June 2016 to June 2019. Mark then worked as an Associate at Herrick, Feinstein LLP from October 2013 to May 2016. Mark Falcon has also interned at various prestigious companies such as the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York, Brooklyn Law School, Rosenberg Musso Weiner, and Greenberg Traurig.

Mark Falcon attended Brooklyn Law School, where they earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of the Arts (B.A.) in Economics and International Relations at Colgate University. In addition, Mark has received certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) in Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe (CIPP/E), and Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US).
