Jessica Vidal

Jessica Vidal serves as the Assistant General Counsel and HR Consultant at Engage PEO since March 2024, providing guidance to employers on various employment-related matters and compliance with laws. Previously, Jessica held the position of Labor and Employment Associate at Payne & Fears LLP from July 2021 to September 2023, where representation in employment litigation and client counseling were key responsibilities. Jessica’s legal experience also includes a role as a Litigation Associate at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where engagement in employment and commercial litigation and diversity initiatives were prominent. Early career experiences involved positions as a Summer Associate, Judicial Extern, and Law Clerk, contributing to a robust foundation in legal principles and practices. Jessica earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California, complemented by studies at the University of Cambridge.
