Josh Ridinger

Josh Ridinger, MBA, is a seasoned professional in sales and HR solutions, currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Engage PEO since February 2024. With extensive experience as Managing Member at RS Management Group, LLC since January 2017 and as Market Development Manager for BBSI until February 2024, Josh has a strong background in organizational development and back office management. Previous roles include Membership Director at Columbia Edgewater Country Club, Regional Sales Manager at Leasing Associates, and Senior Account Manager at Enterprise Fleet Management. Josh holds an MBA from the University of Portland and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
