Katie Lonze

Katie Lonze is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law, workers' compensation, and complex commercial litigation. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel - HR Consultant at Engage PEO since March 2024, Katie previously held the position of Senior Counsel at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP from April 2022 to April 2024. Earlier roles include Associate Attorney at Langhenry, Gillen, Lundquist & Johnson, LLC, Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney, and Nyhan Bambrick Kinzie & Lowry, where work focused on defending employers in workers' compensation cases. Katie began a career in law after earning a J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 2013, following a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additional experience includes roles outside of law, such as Account Manager at Groupon and Deputy Finance Director for a political campaign.
