Tyler Yamnik, JD, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Consultant and Staff Attorney at Engage PEO, where responsibilities include providing strategic HR solutions and legal compliance guidance to business clients. Prior experience at the Texas Workforce Commission includes roles as Attorney/Manager in the Office of Investigations & Fraud Prosecutions, overseeing fraud investigations and collaborating on prosecutions; Senior Attorney specializing in employment law, advising on labor compliance; and Associate Attorney, offering expert consultation on a wide range of employment law issues while conducting investigations and ensuring policy adherence. Tyler holds a Doctor of Law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law, a Bachelor of Science in International Business Management from Brigham Young University–Hawaii, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Duke University.
