As CEO of Engage & Resonate since April 2016, Andrew has directed an award-winning team specializing in mobile tours, pop-up shops, and guerrilla marketing, serving prestigious clients such as McDonald's and adidas. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Executive Vice President at RedPeg Marketing, managing overall agency operations and client services for major brands like GEICO and NBA. Andrew's career began at GMR Marketing as an Experiential Marketing Brand Ambassador, followed by a significant tenure at Marketing Werks, where Andrew contributed to the agency's growth from under 20 employees to over 180. Andrew also gained early experience at Levy Home Entertainment, enhancing sales and operational efficiency across numerous locations. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Indiana University Bloomington.
