Dave Bush

Dave Bush is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in vehicle fleet optimisation and military engineering. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Engage Technical Solutions Ltd since April 2020, Dave focuses on optimising defence owned vehicle fleets by identifying redundant variants and enhancing financial efficiencies. Previous roles include Delivery Lead for the MoD Land Equipment Fleet Optimisation Programme, Conventional and Specialist Vehicle Solutions Requirements Manager at Defence Equipment & Support, and multiple engineering and support positions within the British Army, encompassing areas such as equipment availability, technical support planning, and logistics for high-value projects. Dave holds a BSc in Science, Technology and Management from The Open University and completed executive education at Alliance Manchester Business School.
