Howard Hughes

Howard Hughes has a long and varied work experience. Howard began their career in 1995 as an Account Manager at DMB&B. In 1997, they moved to George Patterson Bates (XM Harrow) as an Account Director. After two years, they joined Virgin Media as Head of Advertising in 1999. In 2001, they moved to O2 (Telefónica UK) for the same role. In 2004, they founded Ship Shape Resources, which grew organically to a turnover of £80m. In 2014, they launched Engage Technology Partners Ltd, which builds software to simplify finding, qualifying, hiring and paying the rapidly growing contingent workforce.

Howard Hughes attended the University of Canberra from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising & Marketing. Prior to that, they attended St Josephs Hunters Hill from 1988 to 1989.
