Doug Stallings

Doug Stallings has had extensive work experience in different organizations. Doug started their career in 1996 as a General Counsel at Unitrend Inc., where they provided legal counsel on various aspects of the business. Doug was involved in HR functions and played a significant role in taking the company public. In 2000, Doug joined Bunda, Stutz & DeWitt as a Senior Associate and worked there until 2005. Doug then joined Engage2Excel as a Rewards, Recognition & Performance Advisor - Regional Sales Director. In 2018, Doug started working at Merit Leadership, Inc. as a Client Success Consultant.

Doug Stallings completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Brigham Young University from 1987 to 1991. Following that, they attended The University of Toledo from 1991 to 1994 and earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. In addition, they obtained a certification as a SHRM-SCP from SHRM in December 2015.
