Jeff Gelinas

Jeff Gelinas has over 15 years of work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition, product management, and human resources. Jeff is currently the President of Recognition & Engagement at Engage2Excel, where they oversee the Career Experience Suite (CXS) and helps companies with talent recruitment, onboarding, employee recognition, manager development, and employee surveys. Prior to this role, they served as the VP of Product & People at Engage2Excel, leading the people, product management, and marketing teams for the company's employee recognition solution.

Before joining Engage2Excel, Jeff worked at IBM for 9 years, starting as an HR Generalist and later becoming a Human Resources & Staffing Manager. Jeff then moved into product management roles, first as the BrassRing Product Management Leader, where they led a global team responsible for maximizing customer value and delivering a comprehensive applicant tracking system. Jeff later became the Talent Acquisition Product Management Leader at IBM, focusing on enhancing the recruiting process.

Jeff's early work experience includes roles as an HR Staffing Specialist at Partners Healthcare and as a Staffing Consultant at Hoffman Recruiters, LLC.

Jeff Gelinas obtained a B.A. degree in International Relations from Tufts University between 1999 and 2003. Jeff later pursued their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, between 2009 and 2012. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a certification in Pragmatic Marketing in October 2013.
