Justin Schot, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 1999, they served as the Aquatics Director at Nashville Shores, where they were responsible for ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. Their role involved hiring and training staff, overseeing park operations, and ensuring the security of guests and park attractions. From 2005 to 2006, Justin worked as the Training Director at Golds Gym, where they managed and hired personal training staff, helped clients achieve their personal goals, and guided gym members towards success. Since 2006, Justin has been working at Engage2Excel as a Senior Sales Account Executive. In this role, they collaborate with companies and HR departments to develop recognition, reward, and retention strategies aligned with their business vision. Justin also implements and administers solutions for various areas such as employee recognition, engagement, safety, wellness, and attendance.

Justin Schot, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, completed their education at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1999 to 2003. Justin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business during this time. Prior to attending the University of Tennessee, Justin Schot attended McGavock High School from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, they hold certifications including SHRM-SCP from SHRM, obtained in July 2015, and SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
