Matt Lasater

Matt Lasater, MBA, SPC, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agile leadership and management. As the Founder and CEO of Engaged Agility since October 2018, Matt has taken on multiple roles, including coaching, training, and operational support. Previously, at Frost Bank from June 2017 to February 2020, Matt served as both the Manager of Agile Coaches and Sr. Agile Coach. At USAA, from September 2005 to June 2017, Matt held various positions, including I/T Technical Manager in the Agile Center of Excellence, focused on transforming USAA into an agile enterprise, as well as Sr. Project Manager managing complex projects. Earlier in Matt's career, from January 1999 to May 2005, the role of Network Engineer involved maintaining Cisco network equipment. Matt holds an MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.
