Amy Jenkins is a seasoned professional in client experience and internal communications with a strong focus on engaging the deskless workforce. Currently serving as the Director of Client Experience at Engagedly Inc since November 2023, Amy leads a dedicated team of Solutions Consultants to ensure successful implementation and usage of various platforms for global clients. Previously, as the Director of Client Strategy and Success at theEMPLOYEEapp from January 2019 to November 2023, Amy demonstrated a passion for internal communication and effectively launched the Pepper App for over 3,500 employees during a decade-long tenure at Chipotle Mexican Grill. At Chipotle, Amy held multiple roles, culminating as the Manager of Internal Communications, overseeing communications for 70,000 employees, after initially managing operational change. Earlier experience includes managing training and development at Squeeze Fresh Smoothies and as a manager at Starbucks. Amy holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Integrated Public Relations and Marketing from Central Michigan University.
