Sangeeta Behera

Sangeeta Behera has been working in the Human Resources field since 2013. Sangeeta began their career at Anish Projects as an HR Executive, where they were responsible for conducting induction sessions, verifying time and leave management, and managing employee personal files. In 2015, they moved to Snyxius Technologies, where they took on a similar role, with additional responsibilities including managing business letters related to employee offers and appointments, background verification, allowances, and request for evidence. In 2018, they joined Epiance Software Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Executive, where they managed end-to-end recruitment life cycles and facilitated onboarding and induction formalities for new joiners. In 2021, they moved to Peacock Engineering India as an HR Professional and Office Admin. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as an HR Operations Manager at Engagedly Inc.

Sangeeta Behera received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in HR and Marketing from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College in 2012. Prior to that, they earned their B.Sc in Biotechnology from Oxford College Of Science.
