Can Yildiz

Can Yildiz has worked in the field of DevOps since 2013. Can began their career as a Senior DevOps Engineer and CI/CD Lead at Vecna, where they were responsible for the CI/CD process and designed, planned, and implemented the consolidation of GoCD and Jenkins 1 into Jenkins 2. Can also worked as a Software Engineer, where they implemented a WS-Security integration with Ministry of Health of Canada for health card validation through patient kiosks and designed and led workflow implementation for patient self check-in. In 2020, they moved to Forrester as a Senior DevOps Engineer. Currently, they are the Director of DevOps and Lead DevOps Engineer at Engageli. Prior to this, they were an IT Intern at SKD Türkiye (BCSD Turkey), where they maintained and updated the official local website, templatized and published e-bulletins, and translated World Business Council for Sustainable Development news from English to Turkish. Can also worked as a Web Development Intern at TNT Express France, where they worked on both backend and frontend on multiple projects, implemented user deletion functionality for web admins, and designed and implemented an internal database query service for parcel tracking including UI.

Can Yildiz obtained a BSc in Computer Science & Engineering from Sabanci University between 2007 and 2011. Can then went on to earn an MSc in Internet Technologies w/ Security from the University of Bristol between 2011 and 2012.
