Rob Ratchinsky

Rob Ratchinsky is the CEO of ENGAGE, a global energy advisory and consultancy specializing in Drilling and Completions operations. Rob has over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, starting their career as a Business Development Executive at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in 2004. In 2011, they founded Engage Management LLC, where they served as SVP Operations until 2016. Throughout their career, Rob has been focused on driving efficiency and process improvement through data mining and financial transparency.

Rob Ratchinsky received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Victoria.
