Austin Ifedirah

Austin Ifedirah is the founder and managing partner at Engagent Health. Austin has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having worked in various capacities at different companies.

Ifedirah started their career at Elder Health as a manager of new business development. Austin then moved on to XLHealth as a senior director of operations. In 2009, they became president of Aegis Healthcare Holdings, Inc., where they were responsible for developing all aspects of strategic direction, planning, market positioning and execution.

In 2011, Ifedirah joined Gateway Health as their SVP and chief business development officer. Austin stayed with the company for five years before moving on to Engagent Health, which they founded in 2016.

Ifedirah became president and CEO of EON Health in 2016 and held that position for two years before returning to Engagent Health.

Austin Ifedirah has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a DDS from the University of Benin.
