Thomas Gahleitner

Thomas Gahleitner has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Thomas started their career in 2002 as a Business Consultant at A1 Telekom Austria AG, where they worked until 2010. Thomas then joined Pfeiffer HandelsgmbH as an IT-Servicedesk for five years before moving on to ENGEL in 2015. At ENGEL, they worked in the IT Client Service department until 2021, focusing on processes and standards. In 2021, Thomas joined Dynatrace as a Teamlead for IT, specifically for Employee Digital Enablement in EMEA Labs. Later that year, they returned to ENGEL to take on the role of IT Process Manager. Thomas then advanced to the position of Teamlead for IT Business Applications, focusing on Production and Sales. Currently, Thomas holds the position of Head of Department for IT Processes and Content Management at ENGEL.
