Our lived experience of disability adds a critical lens to all the work that we do. Our point of difference to many
of our competitors, is that we work very much on a ‘bespoke’ and individualized approach with each provider.
Activities we undertake for providers include:
• Developing individualised NDIS policies and procedures specific to NDIS Practice Standards
proportionate to both Verification and Certification pathways
• Reviewing existing policies and procedures against NDIS Practice Standards via a detailed Gap Analysis
and suggest necessary amendments
• Reviewing provider’s draft online NDIS self-assessment
• Providing training to board of management, management and staff on the relevant Standards,
Internal Audits, Quality Management systems and Disability Awareness
