Brett O'Connor

Brett O'Connor is an experienced executive in workforce solutions and learning development, currently serving as the Executive General Manager of Workforce Solutions at Engenco Limited since November 2023. Prior to this role, Brett held significant positions at Transport for NSW from June 2020 to November 2023, including Executive Director of Learning & Development and Director of Learning Quality and Design. From January 2017 to June 2020, Brett was the Senior Training Manager at Sydney Trains. Previous experience includes serving as the General Manager of Training at Ashley Services Group from August 2009 to May 2016 and working as a Business Improvement Manager at Qantas from 2005 to August 2009.
