Benedict Ofodile

Benedict Ofodile is an experienced Health and Safety Advisor with a background in promoting proactive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) cultures across multiple organizations. Currently at Engenda Group since June 2022, Benedict has demonstrated effective strategies that align HSE practices with business objectives, leading to a significant reduction in accidents. Previous roles include contributions at LINK WASTE SERVICES LIMITED, where safety initiatives improved compliance, and Richard Whittaker Ltd, where Benedict developed health and safety management plans and conducted risk assessments. With a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University and ongoing studies in Process Safety and Loss Prevention at The University of Sheffield, Benedict holds additional qualifications including a NEBOSH certification and a Bachelor's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
